super easy
brown hamburger and onions... add can of cream of mushroom soup thin down with milk then just before serving add in sour cream... serve over cooked noodles those curly wide noodles
You could also add in mushrooms usually don't the mushrooms in the soup aren't that noticeable but if people don't enjoy fungi they would notice the larger pieces... I totally enjoy this
I would use one can of soup to a lb to 2 lb meat I used 1.5 lbs and one can of soup and it was fine if more than 2 you might want a second can of soup

If you don't like gluten, and I don't, you can make stroganoff using the meat, onion, mushrooms, and garlic and a package of regular cream cheese and the sour cream. Traditional recipes often have a tiny bit dry mustard and or nutmeg.
