These messages need a spew alert! I just spewed coffee all over from laughing so hard!! Good to hear from you, Sparkle, and hope to hear from Echo and Kelly again soon, if they get any chance to breathe between weird patrons!

"I went to Roswell and sent her a card saying I didn't see anybody who resembled her,
they must have all gone to the home planet."

That is too funny Sparkle, only you would have thought of sending a card. I agree you should write a book of this and all your other RV experiences. I think it would be a best seller. Too bad all your posts from the beginning of your full time experience were zapped.

Sparkle - just think of all the material you can share with us! You will have us chuckling all summer long. As the joke says, "And they walk among us." Not only that - but they breed!

Are you sure you don't have that reservation one of us made?

I'm getting nervous with all you guys insisting you have reservations! I KNOW you wrote it down!. I just got a call up to my rig that there were four people in the Lobby waiting for their rooms, which I had cancelled. They said they didn't cancel, but I did all the paper work, gave whoever the cancellation number, refunded their money. So there is nothing I can do about it. Either thery are scamming us and changed their minds or they have someone who doesn't like them.

The aliens made the cancellations no doubt, warn your friend they are back! Tell Bogie to bite them if they come for you tonight.

We decided it was a scam. They were not upset that they didn't have rooms, just wanted their cancellation fee back. The owner refunded it. Then Rox called the North Rim Lodge and found they had stayed the night at their place the night before. So why would they just move 18 miles back from the rim to stay at another place? Anyway, I wasn't in any trouble. So tomorrow I start another three days of reservations. It's never boring! :D

Hi, Jean,

A voice form the past! Anyway, from what little I've read on the list so far, sounds like you and Kelly and Echo are doing okay.

I'm working with a minister in the Tulsa area, Ron Robinson and his wife Bonnie, in their Community Center in Turley, OK. They're driving to Salt Lake City the end of June for a minister's conference and will take their time coming back. They made reservations for a few days at Jacob Lake, but when I told them about Kaibab Lodge, he was interested in changing their reservation. Anyway, don't know if they will, but just a heads up in case he does call you. I don't know what your availability is, but he'll be okay either way. Last time they drove to SLC, they weren't able to stop at the North Rim and are looking forward to it a lot.

P.S. Looks like you're growing your hair, too. Mine is about the same length now. Unfortunately, no good pictures.
