Glad to hear you gals wear your helmets. I used to teach physically handicapped kids, some of whom had traumatic brain injuries. I've seen what head injuries can do, and that's if you survive. Now maybe you need to wear surgical masks too to keep the bugs out of your mouth???

I never leave the park here without a helmet on when I take my scooter. I will admit that within the park I sometimes go without - the speed limit is 5 mph and I am going slower than those on bikes LOL - but when the park is packed, I still where the helmet. I don't trust everyone else!

Smart not to trust the other drivers! Some of the TBI kids I taught got their injuries in bike accidents and were not wearing bike helmets.
