I love ice cream especially Dove ice cream bars. I saw a recipe for a Mudslide and thought it sounded delicious. One of my best friends was coming for the week end so we thought it would be a good dessert. I bought the ingredients, vodka, Kailua sp?, Baileys Irish Cream and ice cream. We thought if we two very senior citizens each had one we would fall asleep and not be able to talk. We shared one drink. It was very good but it just wasn’t enough. Next time we are going to triple the ice cream.
