Mornin' ladies~~~

Hoping everyone is happy & healthy on this world health day. I'm OK here.

Pat, missed you on yesterday's MC, so 'Hello'. :D Lyn, sorry to hear about your stairs taking a hit again. Sounds like you were in a rough geographical area.

Not much else going on here. Will take to see Ma later & maybe go see if any of the wintering bald eagles are still on the Illinois River but they're probably gone by now. Ah, it will be something to do. Will start looking at destinations this week, but may also take a ride to an RV furniture store in Elkhart, IN too see if they have some small recliner. Would like to take the dinette out of the TT. We'll see. Jello plans as they say.

Have a good day ladies & stay safe wherever you are.

Good morning Cheryl.

Last night I unplugged the microwave. I am always afraid of a fire so if it has a short I don't want to take any chances. This morning I took the piece across the top off and got to the light. Just wondering if a bad light could keep the whole thing from working. I looked in the binder where I keep manuals and the book they gave me was only for installation. It's 12 years old so probably time to change it anyway. Time sure flies. I remember replacing the microwave like it was yesterday and I can't tell you what I did yesterday.

I checked the weather and there is a big area of rain in Texas so I should probably try to load up as much as I can for my campout in case it's raining tomorrow.

Cheryl, I've had several friends replace furniture... Particularly getting recliners. All have done so with regular small recliners. So feel free to check any store... Just measure your space.

Martha, it's always a pain when built in appliances fail. Good luck.

And now... Here's why I give myself extra time.. To wait or arrive early. In this case I'll go in early.

Initially I planned to arrive Thursday or Friday. I changed to Wed to accommodate an employee. Watching the weather it became either Tuesday (if electric would be on) or Fri or Sat. My boss informed me yesterday they'd have electric on for me, so it'll be Tuesday, after getting a propane refill!

when we got our 5th wheel we got a smaller lazy boy recliner it had to fit specifically one area but did well I finally replaced
it this last fall a bit larger but fits the area... has to fit the rear of the 5th wheel when the slides are in.... but then was reminded that they come a part so they for sure will fit that way if not in one piece...
this weekend has been our semi annual conference for our church as always good meetings... love listening to the choir as well
and of course a nap it's warming up suppose to get into the 90's this week guess it is time to head north..
just need to follow my plan and be ready to pull out of here on Tues should leave on Monday but I am never ready to go on a Monday so Tuesday it will be... last night heard a lot of traffic not sure if it was the highway or people out and about... somewhat unnerving when one is so by herself now Shadow is sitting there barking at whatever is close by...
that is also unnerving

Sheila, that would make me nervous too. Hope you can head out on Tuesday for your northern home.

My house was officially listed finally, yesterday, altho I still don't have a sign posted yet. Maybe tomorrow. I did have one showing this afternoon. Haven't heard much back about it other that there is some interest from them.

Long day at work and very busy. I just can't do more than 6 hours. After 7 hours, I was starting to have aches and pains in my joints, shoulders and feet.

I quit taking the anti-biotics for the UTI. It keeps me up at night with a nervous, anxious feeling like I am jumping out of my skin! Like having restless leg syndrome but all over my body. Came home and took a nap today and will get to bed early tonight.

I have the next two days off and have a few small things to get done around here, and get my tax stuff ready to get done. I got several documents emailed to me from the Indio escrow company. I started printing them out and turned out to be a lot more pages than I thought, so I ran out of ink. Need to get more ink and finish up that last few pages. And then call them and have them walk me thru it all to figure out what I need to fill out, sign, send in, etc. Very confusing!

I got a copy of the bylaws for the new community and read thru most of it. Nothing objectionable there, so that is good. Also got the minutes from the HOA board meetings for the past year and they seem very organized for such a big place. No big issues there either.

Have a good night!
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)
