Sunshine Monday

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Sunshine Monday

Good Morning from the sunny 45th. Even enjoying the weekend sunshine here and a warming of temps slow but sure. Highs in the upper 30’s to low 40’s and gradually going up a bit more as this week progresses. I know that sounds cold to some of you, but after the cold of winter, it’s a heat wave for us. Time to start shedding the heavier layers of winter wear etc. and these are normal temps for this time of year. The sun’s warm and snow is melting. I’m looking forward to the day when the sidecroads are down to bare road again and I can put my traction cleats on my boots away.

Irmi, congrats on your promotion to organist at the church. They will miss you while you are gone as will your northern church this summer while you are wandering the country. Beth, enjoy the hookups. Cheap price, time to be spoiled. Carol, hope you and Bill get back on some decent roads pretty soon and get home so he can get that UTI taken care of. Martha, your brownies sounded good, too bad thry weren’t eaten, but then you won’t have to make desert next time as it will be all done. Judy, sorry about the AC, hope it’s an easy fix. You’ve hadso many issues with that MH, maybe it’s time to look into a different one.

I’m thinking camping season very strongly now. Stopped at the RV dealer to discuss getting a different Weight Distribution system. Have been eyeing the Equalizer system and as soon as I can move ny trailer later on here, will have it installed. It’s the top rated one on the market and doesn’t require messing with chains or sway bars etc. Also want to get a new battery and considering getting a dual battery setup.

Right now I guess I should get moving, get dressed and accomplish something here. I ordered an enlargement of one of my pictures I took last summer and it should be here today. Credit card bill is here too, so will pay that today  And probably continue on with scrapbook. Have a nice day everybody :)

Good Morning from sunny New Mexico. I was looking at a few sightseeing things I haven't done in this area before. It turns out one isn't open Mondays or Tuesdays so today and tomorrow will be hiking and being lazy around the cg. I'd already decided to stay til Friday (because they changed the days and hours of a tour I want to do, so missed it yesterday and next isn't until Wednesday). I'm so glad I still have some flexibility. In a few weeks it'll be time to hurry up north, carefully watching weather.

Sue, it's good to hear weather is somewhat normal somewhere. :D

Now that my pictures from the phone have been moved to the computer I can grab one of Josef's pictures from his Owner Handler, Sporting Group 1. Sitting with his bling. He liked his bling.

The Louisville Shows drew a large entry of English Cockers and most of the dogs were great specimens and being shown by some very talented Professional handlers. Josef won Owner Handled Best of Breed, 2 out of the 3 days it was offered. Unfortunately due to a unique situation he did not get acknowledgement of his Friday win until it was too late for him to get to the Sporting Group ring that day. He made up for that on Saturday when he made it to the Owner Handled Sporting Group ring and was awarded a Group 1.

He did get to go into the OH Best in Show ring Saturday but by then it was 8:00 at night and he told me that it was way to late and past his dinner time for him to be spunky and look energized. He did well not to lie down like that Mastiff in the Facebook video and refuse to move. He was a good boy.

Good morning gals!

Sunny this morning with birds chirping. Will be spending most of the day outside doing yardwork. Good day for it. And then pack for my Palm Springs visit.

Sue, I would like to see the photo you are having enlarged!

Congrats to Josef!!

Have a great day!
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)
