OK, has anyone make this yet with both pineapple and oranges? How much of each? I need to contribute a recipe for our newsletter this month and want to get this right. Is one regular can of each one too much for the box of cake mix? And do you drain the oranges or not. I see it says not to drain the pineapple.

Thanks!
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

Barbie, I always make it with the pineapples and oranges. I do drain the oranges. One can of each...

I don't remember what size of cans I used last time I made it but think it was the larger pineapple and medium size mandarin oranges. operative word THINK

Sheila, that sounds right... The most popular size of each. I never saw a recipe for this saying size on them.
