Blue Sky Friday!

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Blue Sky Friday!

Almost noon here already. Sun is out but a bit windy. Sounds like another winter blast of snow and cold thru the midwest and east coast coming. Read about major avalanches in Colorado.

I slept pretty good last night with just a few coughing sessions. My stomach muscles are sore from coughing so much yesterday. Hoping today is a little better.

Sprayed my weeds yesterday with a vinegar, rubbing alcohol, Dawn, lemon juice, salt mixture. Hoping that has a chance to work before the next rain system moves in late tomorrow.

Off to work in a bit. It is payday so I already paid my bills. I called several roofing companies about coming out to check on the leak in the porch but most of them are booked up for the next two months because of all the rain we have had. Might have to get my handyman to get up there and check it out and maybe do a quick patch up for me so it doesn't do more damage.

Hope you all have a good day! :D
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

I changed sites again today. I'm happy off on the side of the park I prefer. :) That said we're in high winds so pretty much staying inside. The winds make it look really foggy outside right now!

I decided to clip Ty's nails and for the first time hit the quick on one. He's now mad at me. And I feel terrible. I hate black nails! He is a trooper when I cut them, but might not be next time.

I was on a roll today. Usually if I make a couple of stops when I go to town that's about all I get done. Today I went to the post office, bank, library, walmart, T J Maxx, PetSmart, Shoe Station, Lowe's and got gas. I found some jeans at T J Maxx that aren't faded or torn. I don't like the jeans that have big faded areas. I had ordered some rubber runners for the carport but still needed a couple of rugs that I found at Lowe's.

My inflatable kayak came in yesterday. I can see why everyone has a cart for them. The web site said it was 26 pounds abut my scale says 30 pounds and that is without the seats. Not sure how much I will haul that around.

It has looked like rain all day and started misting when I was walking Hank.

you were busy Martha got a lot done...
me not so much dishes and food for games and played games.
a friends husband came out and fixed my brake light ...as I was putting the light bulb in
the glove compartment guess what I found although it didn't have the same numbers am pretty sure it would fit other wise why would it be in the compartment? glad to have it fixed though...
I would have the handy man work on it as that is a long time for it to get worse Barbie... but then perhaps you won't have a lot of rain how can one know?
