I was born in Hartford, and lived on Farmington Ave, not too far from that house! We moved away to Cambridge, MA where I started school then moved back to Hartford for my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades....a bit up from where we lived before, on Beacon Street.

I won't be able to go to the GTG in Sept., as I will be working at school once again. So c'mon up here after Hartford, and see John Brown's Grave in Lake Placid! (With your flamingo glass, of course!)

Soos, just come for the weekend then...you don't have to do the LONG weekend.

For the weekend????? It's a day to get there, and a day to get home! I am about 450-500 miles from that GTG!
Sure do wish I could make it, but this will be my last year of working at school, when I have a schedule to meet.
