Forum updates and Problems (ORSers Look here)

Any of you on the singles site- I was running an update this afternoon - which seemed to go fine - until I couldn't post a new post. So, I went to fix that - and have made more problems. Someone is working on it - and hopefully it'll be up soon.

Unfortunately for those of you here - if I get that fixed there, will be running the update here - and fingers and toes are crossed that it will be a 15 minute job here and not the 4 hours I've been working on that one so far.

If any of you ORSers hear from others - I'm working on this and will get it all back up one way or another. Hopefully without losing anything. I'm bout ready to scream LOLOL

You can read older posts? I can't - so if anyone is able to on that forum, please let me know - I have just about given up for today - so has a techie who dropped everything for me today - at least we can make and respond to new posts there. Will NOT upgrade this board till I figure out what happened there.

I'm unable to read anything over at ORS except your post that there was a problem. Don't stress too much about it, I'm sure you'll figure it out. I do appreciate the thread over here so I can monitor the progress.

And now I want to say HOWDY to everyone here. I read both forums regularly but rarely have anything to post. I'm just working working working right now...sigh...only 18 more years until I can retire but after receiving my latest retirement statement, it might be longer....oh well...I'm fortunate to have a job right now and feel for anyone that is currently unemployed.

I enjoy reading about everyone's travels and hope to travel a little this summer. Everyone be safe out there and enjoy!

And, you can make new posts over on the other forum - problem is just reading the old ones. Am looking at some possible fixes, but don't want to try any of them yet - want to confirm that I won't lose more by doing them. Hey, worst that can happen - we have to start that forum over again - NOT!

Beth, I posted the morning coffee thread over on ORS, and that works just fine...I even tried a reply to it myself, and that worked, also. But as far as reading any other posts---unh-unh. But don't worry about that....as long as we can go from here, what the heck! Maybe things just time out after a while?? Anyway, don't fret about it, as you have way more to do than that! We just need to know about your Ididaroad Trip, anyway!
