just checked out your blog and met this beautiful creature...he is a handsome lad.. thanks for sharing Beth. My neices have to really pretty blogs been going to get lessons one day will surprise everyone and do it

He is so gorgeous. I guess I didn't ever think about that color existing in nature!

Beautiful Beth, never even new that color lizard existed. Just one of the many reasons to follow other travelers on their adventures. It seems like quite a few of us have blogs. I like that they are listed under our posts-makes it easy to get to. Glad to hear your generator is fixed since you like to boondock. carold

The females, unfortunately like in the bird world, do not get such gorgeous coloring. As I said above, he listened to me. I talked, he looked at me. He was hiding in the rocks and I quietly asked him to come out and he did. This is really the truth! And he posed for me for a long time - probably took 15 pics of him. Spent way more time talking to him and just admiring him. Sparkle wandered off after a bit - figured I must be done - ha - wasn't. I really like lizards, but figured I might never get another chance with one of these beautiful boys.
