OK, I bit the bullet - and decided a blog would work better than trying to get my website going (as I still don't have NM done!!!) - so here it is - my brand new bare bones blog to start off my AK adventure - and then, hopefully, keep going:

You answered my question. I've been looking at different Blog formats and sources and Wordpress seems to be the one I keep coming back to. I like the KISS formula also

And I apologize that I'll probably be doing pictures to the blog and not here - as I don't have to put them in photobucket first - and have been having such limited time.

Yes, I just did a post with some pictures for those who want pics Course, I'm sitting at the repair shop today - not sure anyone wants pics of this.

As to those of you with rain. I've been blessed with very little moisture, but right now would trade some of that for the winds. I THINK they seem to be starting to let up a bit - so if my generator gets back in and everything a go - I'll hopefully be able to head on down the road a few hours this afternoon to my friends who are expecting me.

Liz, I'll be happy to show you - as I said - I'm using the easiest program (for me) and I just stuck with the regular template (after I spent a couple hours playing with others - kept coming back to it - so decided not to waste my time LOL)
