Well morning has slipped away here.
Leg cramps woke me this morning. They have become a little less frequent but not less severe since adding a magnesium supplement to my growing list of daily pills. Beginning to look as if I plan to open a pharmacy on kitchen counter.
Martha - Saw on yesterday post that you are having issue not knowing last sons passwords. Don't know if this might help or not https://www.legacynavigator.com/blog/tips-for-getting-into-locked-computer/. I agree about seeing that someone else can get to computer files should something happen to you. I am currently guilty of not being prepared in that department.

Thank you for the information, Sarah. I can tell you, Appel is very uncooperative. I was hoping if I could get into his email I could see who was sending him emails. I am still waiting for a court order before I can do anything.

I seldom get leg cramps except when I'm camping and going up and down the steps all the time. One time I didn't have anything to take except aspirin and I think it helped. Might have been my imagination. lol

Yesterday I took the motorhome for a drive. I went down to the public boat launch and back. Then I decided to go to town and get gas. Gas stations have sure made it hard to get a motorhome into and out of. There is one pump at Walmart I can get to.

It was overcast this morning so I decided to mow but the sun came out before I finished. I think I'll wait until late this afternoon to finish.

Oops! Posted this on yesterdays MC...moving it here...

Same old hot and humid here. Ran some errands earlier. Speaking of tech issues, I have a Chromebook that I use regularly, and a regular laptop with Windows that I only use if I need to print something (haven't figured out how to print from Chromebook yet). The Windows laptop is fairly new but I went to use it the other day and it wouldn't even turn on. I plugged it back in to charge it again and still nothing. So I dropped it off at a computer shop today and see if they can figure it out.

I decided to stop at Home Depot and instead of taking the freeway, I decided to just take the service road over there. Good idea since I discovered the freeway was shut down right by HD because of a jumper. I could see him from the service road and he looked to be a middle aged black man. I hope they talked him out of it successfully. When I got into Home Depot I was talking to an employee there and told him about it. He said "Good, I hope he jumps!" Some people are so mean! I can't understand why so many people lack compassion now days. That could be anyone's dad, brother, son, best friend, etc. standing on that bridge in serious need of psychological help.

I did manage to find some more Terro ant bait but most stores are sold out. Apparently I am not the only one with ant problems around here. Still have some fleas in here too. Combed Emily last night and combed out about 30 fleas, most were dead or close to it but a few lively ones. I just put some more flea meds on her a week ago so not sure why she still has fleas. Lola didn't have any that I could find on her. Emily must have tastier blood!

I have tomorrow off and have my annual physical in the morning. Good thing, since I think I still have an UTI or a yeast infection (which can be caused by the antibiotic for the UTI). Then will do some work around the house inside. Tomorrow evening, when it cools off, I want to work on putting down the fake grass rolls and get that project done. Then on to the master bedroom and bath painting!

I haven't gotten any dog walks scheduled yet but I think I have been doing my availability chart all wrong on the app, so the times I said I am available, I think I actually marked as unavailable. It is very confusing and not very good instructions, so I am working with the company to figure it out. (and Beth, as a favor to you and everyone else on here, I won't be volunteering to help back up the forum!   )

Have a good day! :D
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

Went grocery shopping and to the Columbia River Maritime Museum in Astoria yesterday, so have been pre-cooking meals ever since. I simmered some chicken and put some aside for chicken salad, and cut the rest up to put back in the broth for chicken noodle soup later in the week. I freeze the broth and meat in small packages, then get it out and add celery and dried onion, along with noodles. Yum. And they had a sale on pork ribs so I cut them up into two-rib portions and baked them slowly last night to freeze. This morning I tried to make my barbecue sauce but was out of soy sauce and hot sauce, but it is ready to go except for those two things.

Anyway, this all will give me about 10 meals in the freezer or refrigerator, so I have to stop cooking because I have no more storage space. But it will sure be nice to just pull things out to fast cook when I am tired.

I've been having old, dark brown blood in my urine, but no pain, so have been forcing liquids. I assume the blood is due to a kidney stone, but if it continues, I will hit the emergency room for a confirming cat scan. Most of the time I have this, there is pain, so maybe it is already gone???? I have been a stone former for past 40 years, and they can't do anything about it other than give me antibiotics and more pain pills. (Had one surgery 40 years ago and three lithotripsies.) The interesting thing is that my paternal grandmother died in the 30s at age 43 from kidney disease of some sort. Her father also died from kidney disease at age 45 in the late 1800s, before she was born as the last of 8 kids. I am betting that they both had untreated kidney stones in the days before antibiotics or procedures to remove them. I am glad to be alive now where this is just a minor bother!

Glad to have the forum back. :D
