I've just been so green with envy for all the trips you guys are taking/have taken...so dog-gone-it, I bit the bullet, and BACKED the little beast all the way up the driveway (over 300') - one of my most unfavorite jobs in the world. To avoid backing, I usually drive across the lawn to get it in position, but FAR too much rain for that!!

Anyway, the mutt and I slept out there last night. At least until a huge rockin' 'n rollin' wind came up and us two chickens went back into the house!!
Here's Camp Site #1, Loop A, at The Blue Marlin Campground (shhhhh...don't tell anyone, but it's just the driveway next to the house!):

Camping in my yard is one of my favorite sites! As someone said, all the comforts of home!

I am plugged in, have sattelite TV out there, WiFi for my laptop, music galore, heat, pee bucket and water jugs! Can't do any real water yet, as it still gets down into the 20s here at night!
