Sunny Tuesday

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Sunny Tuesday

Postby Othersharon » Tue Jun 26, 2018 10:20 am

Good morning all. Slept in this morning since I was up until about 2:30 last night. A friend stopped by yesterday so I visited with her and didn’t get what I wanted done. So couldn’t stand it and pulled out the vacuum to just clean up the dog hair in the kitchen and just kept going. So today seems to be a perfect day to attack the outside before the rain comes back in tomorrow. It’s even cool today so it’ll be a good day to work outside. They’re saying humidity and hot by the week end.

Sure hope they figure out who has the bail money for the gals in Oregon! Don’t have to much fun now! The summer is just starting! Irma, safe travel back to MD. Hope you miss the storms coming in to the east coast. Ok, not much happening here and I’m procrastinating so guess I’d better get a move on. Have a great day and travel safe.

Good morning gals!
I am experiencing vertigo this morning. Have had a little of it off and on the past week. Will have to remember the exercise I used last time I had it.

Have the day off. Need to figure out the project of the day and get started on it. First I have to go buy some new cat food. The new stuff I just bought is giving the cats the runs  , so I need to get something else for them right away.

My nephew is getting married next March 24th up in Paso Robles. My brothers had mentioned that they already booked rooms up there. Yesterday it occured to me that I probably should look into reserving one too. Got on line and every room within 50 miles was booked! I finally found a little motel in Atascadero that had one room left so I grabbed it. That is about 20 minutes south of Paso Robles so not too bad. I guess weekends up there book up way ahead of time! I reserved 2 nights there. The wedding is also formal so I need to buy a formal dress for it (that will sit in my closet for ever after). Luckily, I have a lot of time to look for something that is somewhat affordable. Maybe a used prom dress?

Have a good day and stay safe! :D
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

Barbie, any time you change a pet's food you need to work it in gradually mixing with the old. Otherwise what you are experiencing is normal.

Just home waiting for a phone call that another delivery is arriving and I'll have to head back to the store.

Sounds like the Oregon gals are having fun.

Having a great time in Bandon with Sandi, Linda, and Laura. 3 of us went to downtown (ha ha) Bandon today and kicked around in the shops and had some good fish and chips lunch. Tomorrow having potluck dinner together and some good conversation. All the dogs are being so good and all getting along great.

Sandi is heading to Crater Lake from here on Wed. and Laura and I will be heading east to Myrtle Creek for a couple more days of camping. Not sure where Linda is headed yet. So nice to meet Linda and her pup Pixie. Hope to see her again.

The weather is gorgeous and sunny if a bit windy tho, but it is the coast so not a surprise. And it is always way more windy in Bandon than here at the state park but it was pretty windy here today too.

Good morning from another sunny day in Bandon, OR. So nice to see Sandi again and to meet Karen and Laura. All 5 of our dogs seem to be doing fine together too. Will head out tomorrow for a slow trek home.
