Good afternoon from snowy messy northern Michigan. Day 4 of this winter storm here. This is getting weary. I won’t even guess how much snow we have, but in excess of a foot here, some places have had over 3 feet. Everybody’s getting tired of it especially since it has pretty much snowed everybody in or if not, roads are so bad, nobody’s going out. I’m sure nobody’s more tired of this than the road crews fighting to keep up with it. It started raining late Friday, changed to snow, then became a mix of sleet and freezing rain and a wet snow again today. The combination of wet surfaces followed by heavy snow and then the mix has packed this stuff rock solid. You can’t shovel it, can hardly blow or plow it either. Blowers are riding on top of it and those with plow trucks can only push so far and get stopped. My blower broke down on Saturday, so I’m reduced to the almighty shovel. But been pretty much just walking on top of it. My drive is as hard as concrete, so just driving my truck right over it. Packed it down some more with my truck this morning. Our road has yet to be plowed. So Pat, send that sun here please. And O’Sharon, I wanted to send this to you but mom nature has other ideas
Happy Belated Birthday by the way. Guess you could consider my not sending the snowvyour birthday Present!
Mickie, great to see you back again. Missed ya! Judy, maybe you should look into getting a bigger pump. Sometimes just cause they put in a certain size and it's Replaced with same size, doesn’t mean it’s the best thing. There was an article in Trailer Life about that last month.
Fur kids are going stir crazy. Driving me crazy too. Want their walk, but not gonna happen. They are having a heck of a time finding any place to potty out there too.
So, that’s the latest from here. I’ve been busy researching stuff, plus out dealing with the elements. Getting some exercise doing it too. Have a nice rest of the day all
