Good Morning from Benson

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Good Morning from Benson

Just getting a start on my day. Looks to be beautiful! I'm going to unhook (only plugged in and attached cable yesterday) and drive over and fill with propane. I need to know I'll have any heat necessary driving north.

I'm happy that my friends Jil and Tom are still here, so will spend time with them today.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning Beth and all who follow...

Woke up very early this morning in pain (neck and shoulder). I have an appointment with another massage therapist at 10am, so am hoping she can take care of this for me.

The woman the other day did suggest I start taking magnesium supplements so I am looking into that.

Looks like a nice sunny day. 70 later today. I don't work til 4, so am hoping I feel good enough to get out and enjoy it before then.

Have a good day!
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

Well, just missed morning here, but it’s still morning elsewhere :D Have been out and about, so finally checking in. Went up to help decorate the church for the Holy Thursday service tonight. I’m not a decorator, but they needed help. Will go back tomorrow after Good Friday services to prep for the Saturday Easter Vigil and Sunday masses. Also made a stop at chiroprator to get my knee adjusted. It tends to slip out of place on occasion.

Beth, glad your friends are still there, so you can visit before heading north. Yep, you will probably need heat as cold waves are predicted through next week  Barbie, if massage doesn’t work, see a chiropractor. I’ve been going to mine on a regular basis for over 15 years and she keeps me in good shape. The routine maintainance as it’s called helps keep me limber and my body functioning as it should. It’s not just bones and discs but also all of the organs, muscles and such that can be affected by an out of alignment spine or discs.

Nothing much going on here for rest of day, just puttering. Got some wood craft projects to monkey with, might start on one. Dogs are going to need their walk of course. Hope you all have a nice day :D

Good Morning from sunny, beautiful San Diego!!! Perfect for opening day of baseball, and, people are pouring into PetCo park. I'm watching them from my bedroom window where I have my computer.

I am having trouble with my new hearing aids and the phone. I cannot hear on the phone, and, it shuts off suddenly?!?!?! I have an appt this afternoon.

The cops have begun giving tickets to people riding those scooters on the sidewalk! GOOD, LYN
