Let's start our day with a good morning here.

March Monday

Mornin' ladies ~~~
Everyone sleeping in from St Patrick's weekend parties?

Near Winslow AZ for the week and, yep, going to do the tourist things and see the corner made famous in The Eagles song "Take It Easy". Will see the ruins in the park too. Fingers crossed can get up to this area of the Grand Canyon too.

That's it from me. Have a good day and stay safe wherever you are.

Grey Monday

Postby Redetotry » Mon Mar 19, 2018 10:23 am

Good Morning, No sunshine here but it isn't too cold. Emma is off for her second day of all day training. She came back one pooped puppy on Friday. I totally admire anyone with stamina to wear down Emma's energy! They said she was very good and responded well. I think they would keep her if we were willing. Ha, like that could happen DH was like someone who had left their baby for the first time at day care and I have to admit to feeling an empty space in the house. She took a long walk with their two dogs, met kitty's and paid them no attention. Was shy about playing with their dogs. I think because they are black Poodles and she probably thought they would react to her like Toby who has always been dominate to her. She learned to walk nice on her leash, and walk around cones set in a row.
I'm off to yoga class and I hope the regular instructor is there.
Hope everyone had some fun in their day.

Emma is probably like kids that are better when their parents aren't there. lol Wish she could play with CC. He needs someone to take him down a notch or two. All the cats have about had enough of him. I was afraid he would get bit and get an abscess. I think he's too fast for them. He does a sneak attach and runs.

We had a quick shower and now the sun is shinning. The sky is dark to the North so we might get more. The weather channel keeps talking about an area of severe weather but I don't see anything.

Good morning
My neighbors on my driveway side had their motorhome measured for the movers. This is just so sad even though I'm leaving too, its just very unsettling.
Picked up a couple metal baskets at Wal-Mart yesterday to help organize my bathroom. I have too much bathroom product but as I use what I have and not replace until I need it ill be able to get rid of the extra baskets.
Talked to my cousin yesterday, her Casita is built and she's scheduled to pick up on the 28th. She leaves Washington Thursday to begin her fulltime lifestyle. She rented a little uhaul trailer to haul her trailer belongings. She will also travel with two kitties. She plans on registering everyhing through S Dakota. I mentioned to her she should join the forum but I don't know if she will.
I suppose I should get busy and get back out in the shed. Y'all have a great day, be safe.

Not morning anymore. Sarah is on her way and should be here, coming from the Hillsborough gtg, and I think she should be here within the hour. Tomorrow, we'll be meeting up with Carolb and Anita on the other side of town for lunch. Unfortunately, tomorrow is supposed to be as wet as today. Not a good day for riding the Slingshot. Steve has a terrible cough and may need another appointment with his doctor. It's believed to be allergy related and the meds they had him on worked, but now that he's run out, his cough is back and the OTC stuff isn't touching it.

Good morning gals.

Martha, I hope you are doing OK and taking care of yourself.

Yesterday was not a good day. Felt really lousy and weak all day. Slept alot. This morning, I feel a little better. I have a doctor appointment this afternoon. I hope I keep feeling better now, since I have to go back to work on Wednesday. Haven't worked for a week now.

Sunny today but more rain coming later this week. Unfortunately, with the rain comes the weeds! I have weeds suddenly growing all over my yard now. I hope no one complains until I feel good enough to get out there and do something with them.

Have a good day! :D

Absolutely beautiful day today! Sunny, about 70 degrees with a nice breeze and it smells great from all the rain. Leaves are coming out on the deciduous trees now. I even saw a tiny pink bud on my apricot tree!! Spring is in the air even out here in San Diego! (see, we do have seasons out here! You just have to look a little harder to notice! )

Just got back from the doctors office. My new doctor is very nice. I like her. I will be going to her from now on. I am just weak from having the flu. She said it will take awhile yet to feel 100%. I think once I am done with the antibiotic, I will feel better too. The only thing she said that was off from my blood tests was my cholesteral is up some. So I need to get that under control. She said they offer a free class on how to bring it down.

Stopped at the store to pick up a few more things. Now am going to take a nap...
