Hey, I was in a Mess today !!!!! :(

Hey, I sure was in a mess today... Right after I logged off from posting and got my coffee done... I was done.. yeppers..well not me but my sewer.....Our main line broke... and to tell ya .. It was a revoluting developement..

Good thing Mr Minute Man didn't do his Flash I'm gone..cause I can tell ya .. I would have been on the cell phone and asked for about turn.... LOL Had to call the plumber... Had the washer going ..and the dish washer... I was up to my eyeballs in Water and welllllllll..let's not go there... cause it wasn't blue...

They brought in the back hoe.. and lord don't even want to tell ya about the mounds of dirt... geez I could have my own mountain...but seems with all the rain and all the bad weather year after year and the flood we had.. the big main done sunk... it will be a few days before things are some what back to normal... so ... that means.. Showers in the motorhome.. no biggy....see our Rigs do come to the rescue...and we'll have dinner there too... even well maybe sleep in it...yeah that will be fun....

I can tell my DH to pretend we're camping hahahaha... why not I've got a good view... just plug in and hey we're lookin good...even the critters are excited..... Of course I have to come in the house to be on the computer cause DH didn't have his laptop home.. and mine is in Florida.....uh oh... I can hear that chant...buy ...buy....buy.... LOL

Anway.. so that's where I've been most the day... legs up and critters laying around and wondering.. how come we aren't moving down the road...LOL....

The plumber said everything should be completed by Wednesday.... thank goodness... but will enjoy the camping ...just pretend I'm in a new location LOL....

Ok.. that's my story and that's about it for now.....

I'm so glad you have the rv to be in while this "mess" is happening. I've had sewage back up into a house, and I'm hoping you don't have that mess to clean up - was not fun and I never want to have to deal with that again.

Meantime, good that you have somewhere to put your feet up and relax, while the "minute man" and workers take care of the rest.

What a bummer for Monday no less!!! Guess it is better on Monday than on a Saturday when it would be harder to find someone. Enjoy camping-----you might even convince DH he likes it!!

Sure sorry to read about all the sh*t ya went thru today. Been there done that. ? A couple of times too. Ewwwwww It's no fun cleaning up that mess. YUCK Last time it happened was down here. Thank goodness we were out in the country and that there was still an outhouse on the place. Had to go spray the hell out of it for bugs and bees before I would drop my drawers and sit. Uh-uh nothing was gonna be crawling on or stinging my bare behind!!! And you had best believe I checked the thing out for snakes too. We have Copperheads here and ones they call Black Racers. The Racers can be aggressive and chase ya. Can't ya just picture me with my drawers down around my ankles, my big ol' fish white butt cheeks flapping in the breeze as I try to run screaming across the yard running from a Racer! The neighbors would have never been the same.

At least ya got the motorhome! Be nice and comfy. And no bug or snakes! That's the life.
