Not much is being posted on all our dieting lately, but will embarrassingly toot my own horn.
I had my weekly weigh-in this morning and I'm in the 140s now!! Just barely, but it was neat to see the scale change from the 150s. My goal weight was 155 but I'm managing to continue to loose weight. Guess it's being able to get out and do yard work. Hope everyone else is still losing or holding their own!
