Last Friday of January.

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Last Friday of January.

Morning all. Enjoying reading about the fun in Q. So far haven’t heard that police have been called   But sounds like money has been flowing and food being consumed. Had to believe that people are slowly starting to leave and it’s almost over, just like January.

Been just monkeying around here, bit of this and that all week. New window shades were installed yesterday, so that’s done. Warm up again today. Think we have only had a bit over 6 inches of snow this entire month so far. And with the thaws going on, snow related busineses aren’t doing good. There’s snow on the ground, but bare ground around too. Did have freezing rain in Monday and north of me it turned into an ice covered wonderland, not to mention icy roads. Would make some great pictures if the sun was out.

Beki, so sorry to hear about your mom. Sounds like she had a wonderful life though. Barbie, if you have a source for Behr paint, look at a color called Sand Motif, might be a beige you would like. Also Whisper Yellow. It’s a very mellow shade of yellow. I have them both in my house, and have had a lot of compliments especially the Whisper Yellow.

Off to town sun is coming out. Have a great day everyone.

Good morning
Trying to plan my day I have so much to get done still to get rid of this fifthwheel. But definitely need to do my laundry. It all sounds so boring after all the fun I had in Quartzsite. Coffee was weak this morning, need to go to the store as I used the last of it. Soon as the day warms up ill get out there and dump my tanks in the motorhome.
Time for a bit of breakfast, y'all have a great day, be safe.

Good morning friends. Having some rv friends over for lunch today. Will talk to the women about our group. Biker chick is here at the church Camp with Us. She is doing some volunteer work for the Camp. They have already said she is welcome back next year. The Camp admin is talking to Dave about possibly getting a few work volunteers next winter. Trying to figure out where to park folks etc.
Looks like I’ll be getting a complete knee replacement in Nov. Not real excited but need to be able to walk. It’s much worse than I thought.
The sun is shining and the sky is blue here in central FL. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Morning all! Good to see you post two days in a row, Vicki! Have missed you here.

Funny how everything can change just because an appt time got moved up half an hour! My 2:30 this afternoon is now 2... I was making sure I gave myself extra driving time... Now leaving earlier this morning lol.

Peaches continues to improve, but sadly, doesn't walk nearly as far anymore. Maybe that will improve also, but I might have lost my walking/hiking buddy. Which means I won't get really good walks as much, either. She's still not eating good enough.. But improving. Very finicky. I'll take anything I can get... Love this girl and just want her happy.

Off to get whatever amount of walk in she's willing to do.

Good afternoon
Just a quick note to let you know I've updated the reservations list for Hardee Lakes again. Looking forward to getting out of town and seeing everyone there.

Nothing too exciting here today. Worked this morning, it was busy! Yesterday I worked 4 hours and did 2 haircuts but today I worked 5 hours and did 12 haircuts.
Lost my motivation when I got home so nothing more accomplished.

I guess I slept thru a 4.1 earthquake the night before. Was centered up near Lake Elsinore (about 35 miles north of me) but was felt from LA all the way to near downtown San Diego. I never felt a thing (I am about halfway between Lake Elsinore and San Diego).

I am tired already. Maybe will get to bed early tonight.
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)
