I felt this deserved a new post! House went on market May 1. May 3 & 4 we had 6 showings. May 5 we had 2 offers. We countered on 1 offer. Just got word today that our counter was accepted, and next step is appraisal and house inspection!! I cannot believe this is really happening! I'm very excited, apprehensive, overwhelmed in my mind, and so my different feelings and emotions that it's hard to express! I'll keep you ladies posted.
