SOLD - 2005 Phoenix Cruiser 2350 for sale

I have a friend that has a 2005 Phoenix Cruiser 2350 that she is selling. She and her sweetie will use his larger Minnie Winnie for part time traveling. This unit is 24’ long, has 90,000 miles, 2 new batteries, wood vinyl flooring, residential couch, good tires, and a desk/table. It has one slide, the couch. It has a corner bed on the left and the bathroom is in the back on the right. It has an operational generator. This has been owned and cared for by an experienced RVing solo woman since, I believe 2010. On Edit: She bought this in 2009.

A note to any of the newbies on their perfect search,,,,,,,
Phoenix Cruiser was my choice when I was searching, they go very fast
and not a lot of them on the market. I contribute this to the fact they
are very well made. If I didn't already have my perfect rig for me, I'd still
be shopping for a phoenix cruiser. Just a little encouragement to share
for the newbies.
