Thank you everyone! I had a glorious day. Went to Curves, where a good friend popped in with a birthday gift and led others in singing Happy Birthday. Then went to carwash and let others polish the PT , while I sat under a awning and enjoyed the beautiful sunshine and blue sky by myself! At home again, read a book while Mel grilled some wonderful steaks. Then I tossed a salad and steamed broccoli and loaded it with cheese, butter, bacon and sour cream. The mascarpone parfait was easy and yummy. I got a fancy new rebounder to bounce on and some lovely cards. Mel was well enough to be up and around so it was a wonderful evening too.
Add to that I got weighed and measured at Curves and and am down another 4 lbs and several inches in a month. Slow but sure.
