Good Morning Beth and Everyone !! Yes, thinking about her too, this morning. Thinking she probably hates leaving her sis, but happy to be on road towards her new RT and on with exploring !! For her to be in one place that long was VERY hard, I'm sure, and circumstances didn't help. Safe travels to Fl Liz !!!

Beautiful morning here, I'm finally cool, feels great. Camping in my own yard, more comfortable in here then In huge empty place, have a bed in there but this one is better Going to have to get Mr P a sweater for this kind of weather right now he's curled up in a fleece blankie and it seems he has no intention of getting out anytime soon

The weather people are excited because they have a tropical storm to talk about. We are in the area they are predicting 5-8" of rain. We are on the bad side of the storm because the circulation will push water this way. Since it's going into Texas I don't know how much water it will push into South Louisiana. We will probably have a very high tide. Now New Orleans is worried about flooding. They have had street flooding twice recently from rain. The stupid people in the government are spending millions on the fight to remove statues. When the flooding was investigated they found that some of the pumps needed fixing and some were clogged with trash. The mayor thinks he can run for President. I don't think he can get elected mayor again.

I might go to town in my motorhome just to run it since it hasn't moved in almost 4 months. Not good for them to just sit. If it wasn't so darn hot I would go to the lake but my sister can't camp because she is feeding animals for a friend that is taking care of her sister.

Thanks for all the good wishes. I was on the road early and am now off the road safely at Walmart in Catskill, NY. Waiting for an oil change (RV) at their auto service area as I was not able to locate a place near my sister that could do it. I didn't want to turn it in overdue for service. I would get the car done too, but it would mean taking the kayaks off. Too much trouble. Once the oil change is done, I'll go inside and see if I can get a haircut. My hair finally grew enough for that.
