Sauna Saturday

Good Morning to all - surprised no one was here yet. Good mocha coffee on for you sleepy heads. Yep, it is HOT and HUMID here in Vegas. Monsoon season is not fun. It would be okay if we got some rain but our area hasn't had any yet. Lots of wind already this morning.
Keeping busy working on quilts, stained glass window and table runner - or maybe wall hanging - not sure yet. Bill is keeping busy with his radio control air planes and his drones. Was flying one of the drones in the house yesterday. Do they ever grow up?
Not planning on any trips for a while, though would like to get out of this heat. But already making plans for winter's Mexico trip. Hopefully every little bug in the new RV has finally been taken care of.
Stay safe on the road if traveling. Barbie sorry to hear about all your problems with the Jeep. Hope that is the end of them. Alice - wish we were in that cool weather with you. And belated Happy Birthday Liz.
Going to veg out on NASCAR today.
Pictures of window and quilts on blog.

Love your sunflower quilt or wall hanging Carol. Sunflower was my son's favorite flower so I always take note wherever I see something with sunflowers.

Good morning all, Carol you should plan summers here, the elevation is low enough I think for Bill, after all we are right near the ocean :-)
I've been loafing around all morning, my dad was out at 7 to start the little watering
tractor on the front yard. He certainly has a routine but he messed up on his every
Friday night at Arby's, lol
Brother and his wife come down for the weekend today, he's making some special dinner for us.
I better get dressed, y'all have a great day, be safe.

Carol, no, they don't grow up. My son has an enormous two-story living room with a big fan in the middle. He flies one of those small helicopters around and tries to miss the fan!

I slept in and have really been lazing around this morning. Already had a late breakfast and checked all my emails and plans for next week. Even put my awning out, although it is a little breezy, so I had to add the two de-flappers. Only supposed to get to be 90 today, so I am going to ride my bike 2.5 miles to Safeway to get some butter. Bad thing to run out of. Tomorrow, I might drive motorhome to shopping mall and park there so I can ride my bike along the MacKenzie River. Too far to ride just the bike.

Supposed to get to 103 on Tuesday!! Yikes,
