I live in Glenwood Springs, CO - 40 miles north of Aspen, 30 miles west of Vail and 160 miles west of Denver. We've lived here for 11 1/2 years. Albuquerque, NM prior to that. I lived in Howard, SD for 1 year (spent all my summers there as a kid) and grew up in southern and central coast of California.

I love Colorado, but I MISS THE BEACH!

Mid Michigan here, too Jan. I'd hold up my mitten to point to Bay City, but I'm sure you already know where that is. I have moved and bought a stick house in Northwest Louisiana, but MH travels far and often. We're getting ready to make a Mi trip then on to NJ for the month of August, then down through Southern AL on the way back here. I eventually plan to sell the stick house even tho BF and I really like the Shreveport area and would need to visit it often. He is retiring...only 3 days left, YIPPEE, so we'll hit the road as often as we can afford gasoline. :)

I'm originally from Cicero, IL, but we moved to California over 50 years ago....Living in the San Jose area now, but had a home in the Santa Cruz mountains & loved it there....However, divorce & the 'ex' wanted his $$$$, so had to sell it & move back here to San Jose. It was a beautiful little town back when...can't say that about it now. However, with the RV, I get to escape and see other places. Just got back from Oregon...Medford area...Sure loved the scenery along the way...That's what's nice about RVing...you get to move on.....
