Beth...a super gift from South Dakota would be Ol' West BBQ and Dipping sauce made in Mellette SD. It's outstanding and seems that everyone who tries it loves it. But don't buy it at a tourist stop. It was 9.00 a bottle in "A Walk in the Woods" in Custer. Retails for about 3.50 in grocery stores. We use it all the time.

I sell it at the store. My price is somewhere between those two, if I remember correctly.
