2017 coming up...

Same plans that didn't work out past two years Go to Michigan to visit my Aunt, only one I have left. She's in her 90s with a very good mind and so wants me to go. Then on out to my sons in Colorado. I have routes in mind, going and coming very different of course.

BUT I also have a repair at home waiting. I have decided if the cost or time to fix is too much, I'm just walking out and heading North and I really don't care what anyone thinks I'm not getting younger, if fact have a few issues that have come up that gives me pause as to just how much more traveling I can do. I know I'm better on the road then just setting somewhere for sure !!

One reason to shuck responsibility of expense of repair at home is I have to get A/C working in cab of RV before summer. Repairing two floors last summer, one in RV and then my big bathroom at home has the ole budget screaming !! But I am traveling THIS SUMMER !!!!!

Always a fun topic as we make our jello plans!

I will eventually head to Texas. Hill Country SS Rally in April. Kansas for granddaughter's graduation in May. After grad, SS only to N.C. for SS in the Smokies. June will be Washington State grandson graduation and 18th birthday. Not sure how the summer will go. Hoping to ride SS to Vail, CO for SS in the Rockies.

Headed up to South Dakota the end of March. Looking forward to working with Beth. Afterwards will meander our way back to FL for the winter. Planning a few stops along the way. Thinking about Key West over the Christmas holidays. If you don't dream it won't happen.

I'll be headed back to Michigan and Ohio for mid-April to early May, then heading west. My Ohio son is taking his family to Grand Canyon, so I have 8 days planned there in June, and will meet him on June 18 for a few days there and in Zion. Then he heads to other places, and I head to Colorado for the rest of June and July. Will end up in Napa for first two weeks of August. Then north to Lassen, and Oregon and Washington. Back to Napa, maybe in December, then head to NV, AZ, and NM. Maybe San Diego??

2018 is very fuzzy, but I have decided I want to go to London and Malta for a couple of weeks in May 2018. I love London and Malta is a long story, but it has a lot of archeology, history, and beautiful scenery. Been there very briefly once on cruise and want to go back. Now have to figure out how to pay for it. Cheap flights to Malta from London, and cheap flights from US to London, which is a good excuse to go there!

Interesting subject...I, of course, plan to be in Q until January 29th. Then home to San Diego to do the Income tax. Camping with the kids over the four day holiday, then leaving for Florida on February 20th. This will be a long trip for me and plan on taking my time getting to the GTG at Hillsborough. March and early April will be slowly driving back to San Diego, along Hwy 10. Hoping to visit with as many Forum Ladies and friends as possible along the way. (up to Hwy 20 to see you Karen).

Have to stay home to baby sit the daughters dog while she and her boyfriend take a car trip. May June and July are open for suggestions!!!

Early August is Rock Creek with the kids....then, tentatively, planning on driving to Nebraska for a Lance GTG. So, you Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin ladies, how about a GTG Oct 1st? Before you all have to winterize?!?!?!
