Sad News

Sad to be the bearer of bad news, but one of our older forum members has crossed over. Char Massey aka Excel was a member here for many years. She had a Born Free RV that she just loved. I had the pleasure of camping with her here in California a couple of times. She gave up her RV a couple of years ago and it was a sad time for her. I talk with her once a year or so and she never said a word about health problems so this came as a shock. Not a good year for our girls. RIP Char.

Sharon, thank you for letting us all know. I never met her but remember her posts and her the journey through some of her life's choices. None of us will ever get any younger. We do have what we have today. My thoughts go out to her family......and the rest of us need to keep dreaming and moving. This is it. There is no dress rehearsal for this show.

Thank you for letting us know, Sharon. I was not fortunate enough to have meet her in person but do remember reading her posts. She was kind enough to answer a lot of questions for me when I was considering a Born Free RV too.

So sorry to hear this. I also remember her on here. You are right Sharon, there are no guarantees for tomorrow so we need to just live our dreams today. I am glad Char had the chance to do her RV thing while she was healthy and able to really enjoy it. Thanks for letting us know...

So sorry to hear this. I too used to talk to Char once in awhile. I never did meet her though.

Thanks for letting us know, Sharon. We don't know the number of our days here on Earth, but we do know they are numbered. Make the most of each day we are blessed with.

Thanks for letting us know. I had a chance to communicate with her via email as we had some similar sad experiences in our lives. Prayers for her family
