totally enjoyed it but wonder why you didn't get a lunch break. Also how long of a ride miles wise was it? what a neat adventure

More wonderful pics Liz. I really enjoy seeing our adventure over and over. Never get tired of seeing our trip which was, for me, a trip of a lifetime. As I mentioned in one of your earlier posts, I'm going back for the one night ride April 11. Would love to do 2 nights, but they're only offered Nov. through March.

The trip on the Bright Angel trail going down is 10.5 miles. Coming back on the South Kaibab trail is 7.8 miles. Those mules are amazing animals.

Great trip for you girls. Many times while I was looking at your pictures I said YIKES - looked like you were so very close to the cliff edge. Glad you had a good time. Thanks for sharing your pictures.
