Oh, Ava, that is wonderful news. Do not leave that thing behind in a few months. The cravings can come back off and on for a LONG time. Yep, I'm a reformed former smoker also.

I have to admit I have found a new sense of freedom now that I am using this device.
My daughter for instance, does quite a few road trips and she has invited me along
several times but I always declined because I could not smoke in her truck, so now I
don't feel like that cigarette and lighter is a ball and chain. Also thought about if I
ever had to be in the hospital I could go through that routine also without a problem.
I'm still feeling good about this device and ordered my next shipment of cartridges,
they should show up tomorrow. Freedom is a good thing and I'm happy.

Yea Ava. You go girl. I quit in 2001 after a few attempts. I think I was ready then and not before. I did use the patch to help me. This electric ciggie sounds great. I still want a ciggie often, more so from the habit than the nicotine. I get in a situation and say to myself, boy a ciggie would be great now and then the feeling passes. Keeping that electric one around would be fabulous for those times. Keep up the good work. Linda

WTG, Ava. Very proud of you and thanks for sharing the device. This next year work is going to penalize employees who smoke to the tune of $50 per month so I'm gonna share info on this device.

I had quit about 7 years ago and about 1 1/2 years ago, I was in a casino and had a drink (or two) and thought I could smoke a few and put them down. WRONG! Started back, then the excuse was I was going on a cruise and you know the rest of the story. Each time I had an excuse for NOT quitting again.

Well, I'm smoke free for a week now and with all that has been going on with me lately I have not missed it and sure don't want to smoke ever again. It is a struggle and I like the idea of keeping the elec ciggie around for times like I mentioned above. It's the habit thing and not the addiction. I firmly believe that.

I'm happy for you Ava.
