Most of it was north of me but we got probably 2 or 3 inches as well. Glad those didn't hit while I was driving up that way to get my trailer yesterday! Lots of roads closed due to the flash floods.
My new little trailer is at a friends house getting new wiring done. Should be perfect for my trip!
My brothers now want to try to reconcile with my dad...I think I need to let the cat out of the bag now and tell them about my move. I knew somehow they or he would throw a wrench into my plans. They will just have to deal with it tho since I am not changing my mind now.
Off to work soon. 4 more day of work, then 4 days of packing/loading up and I hit the road!
Sounds like some of you are getting ready to head south as well, for the winter. Hope to see some of you in Q in January!
Glad you didn't get hit by the storms Barbie. As for telling I think I would just leave and send them an email from down the road ! If you come this way let me know.
It's very warm here again so ready for fall so I can at least complain about something different
Anita sorry that your amazing adventure is over. I really enjoy all your posts about the trip. Thank You! Judy you sure get around. I think Nan inspires shopping, seems as though I remember others who have joined her outings. I would like to go to an IKEA store but none close. Sue, glad you are getting to spend time with Eileen and her DH I'm sure they appreciate having you as a tour guide and your travel tips. There is so much to learn when starting out.
