Welcome. I did not make it to Newfoundland, but I did get to New Brunswick, PEI, and Nova SCotia. Make sure you get to Lunenburg in Nova Scotia. There is a city campground right next to the visitor center. Best part is that you can then walk to downtown. Houses there are all painted wild colors--really a neat town worth spending a day or two in. Check out my blog page on that town at

One tip is that they only charge you for leaving PEI, so you might want to take the ferry from Nova Scotia going and the bridge coming back. Bridge is much cheaper than ferry!!
And don't miss Bar Harbor. There is a terrific shuttle service that stops at nearly all the campgrounds and a separate route through the Acadia National Park. No need to drive at all!
