everytime I grab the mayo out of the fridge and use it I question myself
"is this still ok" "wonder if the fridge has been cold enough" or "wonder
if the fridge kicked off while I was at work" etc, etc. So at times I can
be a worry wort but I really don't like getting the big "D" when least
expected. I came across this tip.........IF you put an ice cube in a cup
in the freezer you can check the ice cube to see if there was ever any
melting during the day. (or night) If there was melting and then refreezing
the refreeze part will be on the bottom of the cup and of course the cube
will be smaller. Its that simple, I may worry about the mayo but never
the yogurt, now that seems funny.
