Is anyone else having problems with Photobucket? It won't "copy" any of my photos. When I click on the last thingy as usual it doesn't say "copied". Really frustrated.

Grrrrr on computers sometimes, eh, Karen!

Okay, here's what I know about Photobucket. Mine also quit saing 'copied' when I highlighted my option. But I never used that feature. I have a habit of using 'CTRL-C' to COPY it (and everything else I copy) and then 'CTRL-V' to PASTE it.

I went to my Photobucket after reading your post and found something I had never seen before - you can customize you LINK OPTIONS. So, I got rid of everything presented as my options except for the IMG CODE pictured below:

With this Photobucket option, if you want to put an image here on this fourm, you DO NOT have to click the IMG button on the forum option
(between [*] and URL.

If this makes sense, does it help?

ON EDIT: Yes, you have to click in the option you want and have it turn BLUE. Then you can CTRL-C to copy (which copies whatever is highlighted into your clipbard), and then CTRL-V when you get to where you want to paste your information/picture.

Karen, it did that to me awhile ago, too... :x Then I discovered if you click on the last thingy and turn it blue...then right click the blue..which brings up where you can click on copy....then go to what you are writing...right click again....click on paste....that works....

It seems like Photobucket changed something if both you and I don't have 'copied' pop up automatically any more when we highlight an option.
Glad the Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V helped!! :)

I had a similar problem off and on with the Photobucket copy function. In going thru the FAQ on Photobucket, discovered that the copy function is not always active (has to do with some sort of SW update). Anyway they suggest:
"Click in the field that contains the code that you want to use. If the Photobucket one-click copy is active, the yellow 'Copied' box displays. If the yellow box does not display, manually copy the code."

Since finding that piece of advise, I've manually done the copy and have experienced no problem at all with that approach.
The only major handicap in life is a bad attitude!
