Putzin on Tuesday

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Putzin on Tuesday

Would somebody please send spring back north. It's snowing 40 miles north of here and we are at 33 degrees with a misty rain and cold wind. And yesterday it was same with 40 degrees and lower part of state was pushing 70. Crazy weather. But one consolation is no tornadoes, hail etc.

So as my title says, it's going to be a puttering around day. Not sure with what though. This keeping the house cleaned, organized etc. is getting a bit boring, but part of the selling routine. If and when it sells, things will move fast enough, so need to be ready. Have a little landscaping project I want to do, but need the better weather for that. Maybe I can get into my trailer this weekend, give it a spring cleaning and put stuff back in place from being stored in cupboards, the house etc. over winter. Trying to think up a design for a new camping sign too.

Time to quit rambling here. Going to wish you all a good day. Some might be under some heavy weather, so keep eyes and ears open. Enjoy your travels if on the road. Wondering if Steve and IrmI are on way north yet, same with Lori and Ernie. Sure do miss Lori's virtual muffins etc.

Good morning Sue and everyone... the second try for this post... we have a cloudy sunrise this morning but no rain predicted for at least a week... will be 90 and 91 Friday Saturday and Sunday... started my eye drops for my cataract surgery the other day they give you a paper to keep track of it because you have four different ones with different times and drops.... I will be glad to get this over with because it's a little nerve-wracking and also I will be glad to be able to see... taking Dad to get his lab work this morning for his doctor's office next week... I prefer to speak to the doctor and not write a letter and Dad needs to know and hear what's going on... not sure what else I will do I have to stop at Walmart get him some boost... something about Walmart... they got new carts for the handicapped and they are really cheap... I guess they have a sensor in the seat that helps Propel it along my dad is so thin and skinny that he cannot activate the seat sensor and he definitely can't walk around the store even holding onto a buggy... well I gotta go so just let it later everyone have a good day & B safe...donna

Good morning
I get my car back $1100 later, and of course the check engine
light comes on on my way home yesterday.
Will run over to auto zone today and see what code it's throwing.
Could be simple or,,,,not. Its due for another timing belt, however
it seems to be running fine.
The high winds we had yesterday were horrible. The dust was
everywhere.
Ok, time to get busy here, y'all have a great day.

Good morning all. Looks like the rain has made it here, can't complain since we need it. We had a quick thunderstorm late last night. I know what you mean about the big boom, Barbie! I had that happen too! Wasn't sure what it was at first! Kinda snuck up on us! So guess today will be an inside day! I need to find a little box to mail Craig his charger for his phone. I found it last night and actually had it in my hand when he texted me about it! So a trip to the post office today!

Doctor seemed to think I was healthy yesterday! Gee, good to know! So that's out of the way for 6 months! Dentist next week and then I'm done with appointments for awhile! My groomer called back and the boys are set up for haircuts next week. Wonder if it's safe to get summer cuts...

Donna, I think you'll come through your surgery just fine tomorrow! I remember all the drops, seems like all I did but was worth it in the end! Ava, gotta love it when you leave the garage and have a check engine light come on! Gotta wonder what they did for all that money!

Well, nothing exciting here. Sorry, no big breakfast just coffee this morning! Have a good day and travel safe.

Good Morning Everyone, Donna, I sure remember those drops and you do feel like its never ending, but when its all said and done, you will be sooooo glad. Everything will be fine, you will be surprised how well it all goes and actually how fast you get out of there. I'll be thinking of you,.

Today the big thing on the agenda is I get to haul all this trash down to dumpsters, so have a 25 mile round trip to look forward to this afternoon :D I've been home a week this evening and guess a trip out will be nice, before our weather turns rough here end of week. Also a stop by a store wouldn't hurt either

Have a good day all, stay safe in these storms they're predicting for us across the country. Sounds really bad in middle of country today, and will move east. Must get moving, several things I want done today before I leave.

Stay safe,
CArol

Good morning!
Just cold and cloudy here today. Got the day off. Not sure yet what I will do but there are a lot of things I need to do so will have to make a list soon and get busy!

Got turned down on a car loan yesterday saying my debt to income ratio was too high. Not sure what numbers they are using but my debt to income ratio is actually around 18%. Anything under 36% is considered good. Maybe they weren't taking my tips into consideration. That is half of my income. Makes me very mad! I think my dad has a better chance at winning a car than I do of buying one!!!

Gotta find some breakfast and then figure out what to get started on here. Have a good day!
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

I made it home last night after 10:00. I probably should have stayed at my sister's instead of taking a chance of having trouble on the road at night. When I pulled into the campground last Wednesday my tire monitor lit up with a caution. I had a tire that was low. I aired it up Wednesday and Thursday. Friday I went to a tire place and they couldn't find a leak. I get back to the campground and it had gone down a little. We stayed over until yesterday in case I had trouble the tire places would be open. I had to put 5 lbs in about half way and at my sisters. This morning it is holding air. My motorhome is just a few miles short of 80,000 miles so it needs to be serviced. Might try to get it to the Ford place tomorrow if I can get everything unloaded. The refrigerator looks like I came home with more food than I left with.

I have been busy this morning and everywhere I go it looks like a cat parade. I guess they are afraid I will leave again. When I got home Stinky was outside. I'm sure she would have spent the night out if I hadn't come home. At least she doesn't fight with the outside cats.

I thought we were suppose to have some bad weather moving in today but it looks like it has gone North. The weather channel is still talking about all the moisture coming off the gulf.

Today is the day our Dad ( my father in law) a guard line will be set, followed by a Patriot Guard procession up I-35 in Oklahoma taking Dad to his final resting place in Tonkawa, next to Mom. It's hard not being able to be there due to Mel's health. I pray weather will be ok for the family and riders. Hope all in our group remain safe as well.
