The toad is a 2013 Honda Fit and is automatic. It's my understanding that newer automatic Fits cannot be towed 4 down. That's the reason for getting a used one. It's in great condition. I'll have to admit there was another I considered in downtown San Francisco with low mileage. But I didn't want to drive to the city especially with all the Super Bowl activity. Can you believe the main reason I didn't go see it was because it was a beautiful metallic blue and I thought it would clash with my RV?

Yep, there is NO way I would go to SF right now! What a mess it is! Two week long party and many locals are fed up with it. ESP since the local team isn't in the game. Good to know on new Fit ot being towable. I have heard that about several cars. Too bad manufactures have not gotten the message yet about how many people are out there wanting to tow. Maybe if one offered a towable special, others would see how popular it is and follow suit. Anyhow, yes, I like blue too but it MUST go with the RV color scheme, and your RV paint is beautiful!

Thanks for all the nice comments on my "new" toad. I want to thank Liz, Anita (chalet05), Alice (avalen) and Patty (pattyk) for giving me rides while on my last trip and allowing me to see just how much my RVing experience would be improved with a toad. I didn't want to keep asking for rides in Q so I walked 4 times to and from the RV show from where the GTG was. I figure I walked close to between 10 and 12 miles back and forth the week I was in Q. While that was good for my health I'm sure, a toad sure would have been nice in addition to being able to see more sights while there. Thanks ladies. :)

Congrats! Yes, Linda bought a newer Fit before realizing it could not be towed 4 down. She tried towing with a dolly but that didn't work out so she sold it.

Yes, your RV and toad have to match!

That's a beautiful motor home. What is it? You will love having a toad. It all looks great.

It was no problem giving you rides. The toad looks great. Now you can see all the sights you may have missed. Will see you soon at the campground. You are on my calendar.
