Leaving DnD later this a.m., but got to hold the Diva yesterday when her mommy was out My "work" is done here, will pick up where I left off at sis's.

Good Morning Everyone !! Not to sure we will see much of the sun today, looks a wee gloomy out there, but that's ok, I have so much I must do in here today. Time here is getting short and I will not be putting slide out for awhile after I leave. Will go to my Sis for a couple days and then on down to my DD's for Christmas and will be doing camp driveway, as Donna calls it. Slide doesn't go out, not level enough, and its mostly just my bedroom anyway. So I want this place cleaner then what it is.

Rain and stormy weather tomorrow, think I will read or play games need to finish what Christmas cards I want out, that would be better then playing games, hmmm

Well, my last cup of coffee and having a bowl of fruit, think its kind of late, but I just started right in getting things done this morning. I'm good for mornings, come noon, I'm not starting a chore

Morning Carols,

See you are both up andat me already. Up here, breakfast done but hat's as far as it's gone. But like CArol, I'm a morning person, so will get moving shortly. Need to run to vet for Molly's heart worm, flea,tick med as I forgot yesterday. Maybe might put up my little tree today. Ther wise not much doing. Another cloudy, wet morning here although this time it's wet lake effect snow showers, but wind is pushing that more north. News has been telling of businesses having to cut back hours and staffs due to lack of snow etc. I suspect our ski resorts will start snow guns up again now that it's looking colder for weekend, in an effort to be able to open Christmas/New Years week. Otherwise, all snow related sports are no go.

Good morning everyone. Read a few posts this morning. Seems like everyone is busy but enjoying the weather for the most part. It's been cold here in Phoenix the past few days. Still hoping to visit with Ava before we head back to Florida. M-I-L surgery went well. She just needs a lot of assistance right now.

Good rainy morning! Can't believe I'm up and dressed already! Have a friend coming sometime this morning to finally take the piano I've been storing for him so figured I'd better get moving! Carol, I'm sure Donna will miss you but so glad you were able to help bring her together with Diva! CArol, sounds like you're going to have an inside day too! I managed to get all my cards done yesterday and mailed them on my out of town last night! Check and check!!

I made the corn casserole recipe to take to the party last night and it appeared to be a hit! I've been wanting to make it but knew it would be way to much for just me so this was a great time to make it! Had a nice time visiting with my friend and her family. She had had surgery the day before and was on her feet when I got there but after a couple of hours she finally crashed! So she was in her chair with ice on her knee and the rest of us took care of the cleanup! Once she finally took one of her pain pills it was all over for her!

Oh, these dogs need to get outside to play. I'm sitting here in the kitchen and Rascal decided to figure out how to tip over their toy box and now I have doggie toys all over the place! He doesn't seem to want to play with them or is he looking for a favorite....don't know but he sure created a mess! Now if I could just get him to put them all back! Well, not much else from here today so will fix another cup of coffee and wish you all a good day. And travel safe! And Sue, please keep the snow up there!

Good morning to all - We are in beautiful warm Mazatlan. Got here yesterday. Drove around town lots of changes just in the short time we've been gone. New buildings, different landscaping and 4 cruise ships in town yesterday. Lots and lots of tourists. Glad we park way north of the busy parts.
Had the car washed, poor Willie he didn't even look white. Met up with a lot of our friends who all said they were worried about us because we got here so late. It was like we came home. Then we went out for dinner for BBQ ribs. If you get a chance take a look at the blog for a picture of Bills dinner - they brought his ribs on two plates. For the two of us it was US $12.00.
We have no plans for today. Just settling in for at least a month stay. Tomorrow a couple of our good friends from Canada will be arriving. So then we'll start running around doing an seeing things.
We were watching the news last night and they were showing snow and very cold weather all over northern Mexico - Glad we are down here.
Everyone sounds busy and active. Drive safely and keep warm and dry. Right now at 7:30 it is gray and cloudy here.

Carol, you are making me hungry for ribs. A big container of gumbo showed up while I was gone so ribs will have to wait. I don't know where the gumbo came from. Harold was asleep when I got home and he was gone this morning when I woke up. I see how they take care of the cats when I'm gone. The boxes were dirty, the food bowl was empty and the water bowl was almost empty. He wasn't expecting me home last night.

My sister-in-law was trying to give me a kitten she took in. She and Frosty would have fun if he wouldn't try to kill her. My son said Frosty and Stinky got into it and pulled the curtain down again. This morning he was trying to eat the musical door mat I bought.

I need to go unload the camper and either plug it in or turn off the battery. I would like to go somewhere but don't guess that is going to happen any time soon.

Yes Vicki, we need to gtg before you leave, I'm miserable with this unusual
cold snap were having, this really is not normal phoenix weather.
My doctor appt went well the other day, ultrasound scheduled next week and no urgency to start treatment right away other than financially I've met my deductible
for the year so want to do it on this fiscal for the insurance.
One more school day but there isn't enough chocolate in the world today to fix
my anger from some unauthorized person trying to start my bus and locking up
the computer.
Good news is my two siblings that give me so much grief are going to a different in January. Will be so glad to get rid of that stress.

Hi everyone I really have been trying to post on MC.. but my post keep going poof..
So tomorrow I will get on my laptop and try it that way I should have better luck and tell you everything that's been going on with me and The Diva... Carolb and the crew left this morning we have had such a fun time together I was very sorry to see them leave and like I said if it wasn't for her I would not have Diva she's the one that got me out looking that day... all for now have a fun filled day & B safe....donna
