Perm/semi perm locations

Postby Echo » Sun Jul 27, 2008 1:11 pm

There have been questions about our locations. We all pretty much have some idea and some knowledge of where some of the members are at or live. Except for the ones constantly on the move. :D

Me? Opps, Kelly too, are located in northeast TN, in Johnson City. Which is close to the VA state line and we're not to far from the NC line. Not to much of a stretch to get to Nashville, Roanoke or Ashville.

So that's us. Anybody else???

Not worried about giving location. Address? That's something else again.

my perm location is in Scottsdale Arizona, just on the edge of Mesa and east of Phoenix.
I'll be here of course as long as they let me and the space rent stays cheap.

Full-time on the road, who is sitting in one place for a whole year! 3 1/2 months down - in Port Aransas, TX - on the beach :)

Will make side trips like to the fall GTG in Hill Country.

We live in the pretty little town of Nashville, Indiana - 40 miles due south of Indianapolis and 65 miles north of the Kentucky border. It's nestled in the Hills of Brown County. This is a tiny, less than 1000 residents, town known for the last 100 years for its artists. It bills itself as The Art Colony of the Midwest. We moved here 1 year ago from the west coast. Thinking about wintering in Mexico this year. We'll see

We're about 8 miles NW of Gettysburg, Pa for our summer campground......Full-timing now for 5 years come August.....Sept. thru April we're where ever the mood sends us...this year it looks like the mood is sending us to KY, AR, TX, LA, AL, FL, etc....but as we all know, plans are in jello, so everything is subject to change...

We are in the Flint hills of Kansas smack in the middle of cattle country!
We have owned many businesses over the years- the last several being antique shops----
In Oct we are selling our 11,000 sq ft warehouse full of antiques & shop things & tools etc/etc-& selling our 100 year old home on an acreage & all of our collections & things we have collected for the past 35 years!!!
We have bought a retirement home at Branson, Mo. & selling out everything & sizing down while we still can & going to take life a whole lot easier than we have for all of our lives!!!
So in about 10 days we will be taking a u-haul to Branson----- full of our things we are going to keep & then come back to Kansas & live until after we have the auctions in Oct - & then we will move to Branson full time! So hopefully by Nov we will be settled in our new home in Branson, Mo.!!!!
We are selling our 5th wheel at auction also- so later we will probably buy another class C to travel some with!

Home is in Ocala, FL, but originally from VT/NH, so New England is home too. Have to go there every year to visit sister in MA who doesn't travel and spend time at brother's summer camp in the White Mts. Eventually plan to travel summers & fall, home in FL winter & spring. And that's a maybe.

I am from mid-Michigan, have been living full time in our MH for about a month still in Michigan. Now we are ready to hit the road in about 20 days. We hope to live in FL. from mid Oct. to mid April and wander the rest of the time.
