Covered Bridge Wednesday

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Covered Bridge Wednesday

Good morning from Indiana gtg # 1! We will be off touring the covered bridges today. Nice turnout here, and Claudia surprised us too. 8 RVs and 9 people if I counted right. 6 dogs.

Some of us decided to leave here Thursday and make it a 2-day drive to Shipsewanna. I've gotten too used to shorter drives and don't want to do it all on Friday when forecast is for rain.

Looks like a nice day today though. Hope everyone has something fun planned.

Morning Liz and all who follow.

You are all having/going to have so much fun!! Wish we'd been able to get away to get our new rv from Karen a week sooner, we could have joined in!

Just another rainy day here in FL, my neighbors tell me the dry season is just around the corner... can't wait!

Am headed off this morning to Baddeck, NS, to visit the Alexander Bell Museum. Then tomorrow morning will begin my drive on the Cabot Trail. I am doing it counterclockwise, so I can pull off and get back on the highway easily. (Because I am alone, I have no one to look out the passenger's window and have an enormous blind spot there, meaning I cannot pull back into traffic unless I am 90 degrees to the road.) It is supposed to be scarier that way because I will be along the outside, but I think that is safer than having that blind spot.

Only four more nights in Canada and then back to the U.S. where hopefully I can have TV again. No cable at any campgrounds I have stayed at in Canada, and have not had luck with air TV, so almost three weeks of no TV has been rough for TV-addicted me!

Sounds like the Indiana GTG is going well. I'll be firming up my plans for winter soon so I can set some dates for another Arizona GTG like we did before. Have fun out there in Indiana! Wish I could join you, but at least it is sunny and pleasant here in Nova Scotia. :D

Good Morning All -- Today is the day, I will be picking up my trailer today, then to the parking lot to practice! :D It is a beautiful day in WI, sunny and warm.

Safe travel to all on the road. For those in IN have a great time looking at covered bridges.

Afternoon all!

Well, been running around like a chicken with her head cut off getting last minute items for IN. I "think" I've got all I need (and probably way more than I need!) but I'll recheck in the a.m.

One last dog to walk tomorrow, home to take care of a few things and my own pups and then I'm on the road! See you all in Shipshe!

Oh yeah, I think I'll make up a little sign to put in my front window so you will know it's me! Just WRV should do it!

Take care everyone,
Kathy

Nan and I went to Meat Cove in the car. I probably wouldn't take a big RV on that road. Dirt road with lots of big potholes.
