I'm pretty sure when CArol says she is in a PA campground she means Passport America. Glad you and Sarah are having a good trip so far. I would like to make one of the GTG's. If my sister wasn't having so many knee problems we could get farther from home but now she is going to physical therapy. Now that it's starting to cool off I hope to get out more.

It was kind of cool here this morning. The low last night was 60. We probably haven't seen that since April. It's warming up pretty quick but at least not in the 90's and it's not raining. No rain for a few days and then more rain.

I finally got lunch done. I never can get things to come out together and I probably should start an hour before I do. I wish I could learn to wear an apron because I always end up wearing what ever I'm cooking or eating.

Mickie, Mary & Donna -- When are you thinking about getting together? Maybe a quick GTG this fall? Check out Southern Oaks RV in Summerfield. It is on Highway 441, a few miles north of Leisureville. It's near a Camping World and a large flee market, and the PA rate is $22. I was there two weekends ago and am ready to go back.

If you want to plan something, we can get serious and move to the GTG section!!!

That place looks just dandy, we're game. Once Donna gets down here and we get Rosie home lets get something going.

Martha, you are correct, Carols mention of PA park was PassportAmerica, we are in TN, just a little west of Nashville. We did stay over when we discovered that Vickie (Horizonseeker) was nearby and could come over for a visit today. I added a couple of photos in the gtg section - under the new sticky thread Beth added for gtg group photos.

Peggy, sorry we missed you too as we are not far off I-40 but we will be heading north in the morning as you head west.

I hope to see many of you in FL also but will likely be after first of year before I get there (plans are always jello).

I've started my westward migration and spent the night at a Pilot truck stop in Carlisle, PA. I am caravanning with another Trekker from CT. We Will be in Knoxville, TN tonight for two nights, visiting with Nancy's sister. Our first destination is Hot Springs, AR where will meet in the middle with 35 other Trekkers. Then on to Albuquerque for the Balloon Fiesta and finally on to Quartzsite where I'll up with some of you. Sheila, I packed some old golf clubs and some balls for desert golf.
Enjoy today. Peggy no longer in CT.

so looking forward to seeing you Peggy
