Good morning all ... a cool down on the way...and I am almost ready to roll...but still not sure when I will leave...I don't want to get to Florida before the first week in Oct...and I cant afford to stay for a long time at campgrounds...two things for sure in jello plan...stop in Winchester for about 3 days to visit family...and visit with Miss Mermaid for a few days just before the Florida line....not sure what in between...anyone be along the I-95 want to meet up ?? ...I have been very up set the last few days about my trip with out my Maggie girl...but feeling a little better today...I am looking for a black & white Papillon puppy ....if anyone has any leads on one please let me know...I need a fur baby in my life...not to replace my girl but to add to our family...

Good Morning, Donna and Everyone, My eyes popped open way to early this morning, and Maggie needed to go outside, so up it was, ready or not Rainy day today and I'm hoping I can get out to RV without getting too wet , want to run the gen and wash frig down and in general clean the dust out. Not to sure I will get any of the things I have piled here out, without getting it all soaked. Well, have a couple of more days for that.

Other then getting everything ready to pull out of here, Saturday, nothing else on the agenda. My company left yesterday, mid morning, she was here a week so last night felt exceptionally lonesome here. I'm really looking forward to the GTG, so many going I have not met yet and that is always so much fun. I have yet to go to a GTG that I have not enjoyed myself thoroughly, so looking forward to this one.

Can't set here long, need to get moving, I will probably wilt after lunch, getting up so early Hope you all have a great day, whatever you do, enjoy your day and Stay Safe !!

Donna we're right off 95 so let us know where you are and we'd love to get together... although we're so close to your FL place you may just want to keep going and get set up down here! Just let us know, it will be fun to meet you! Sure hope you find a new puppy soon, new family is always fun.

Carol, you make the gtg's sound so great, can't wait to make it to one.

Not much doing here today, we watched that movie "Unbroken" last night and it didn't sit well, too dark and awful, so it took me forever to get to sleep. I'll return it to the library and run a couple of errands but I think that will be it. Mickie

Good Morning Donna, Carol and all,

Skies are clearing here behind the cold front which finally came through. Now temps heading into low 70's and even 60's this week. Fine by me. Have had enough of the hot humid weather. Would rather have to put on a sweatshirt and long pants than sit and swelter.

Heading into farmers market this morning and probably quick trip to store. Then think it might be a good day to clean out my trailer and start putting a few things back. Need to clean house too, but might leave that for tomorrow morning since I have a noon appt. and can't really go anywhere. Shall see how the weather goes today. Supposed to be sunny but chance for a shower. Need to roll out and dry awning from last weeks trip and also clean it. I too am getting excited about the GTG approaching. Can't wait to see old friends and meet new ones. Should be loads of fun.

Miss Molly has been having a bout with loose stools and diarrhea this past week. Vet has her on antibiotics
now and amazing change in 24 hours. Think she drank some bad water someplace and picked up some bacteria. She's also getting back to her old self with the cooler weather here. Friday she is heading for the doggie spa. Donna, I hope you find another furry friend. May have to start scouting Pappilion rescues online.

Good Morning from Iowa!

I left LeRoy's Sunday. Visited a 2nd cousin in North Prairie, Wisconsin, and then on here to visit an aunt and cousin. I'll head to St. Jo, Missouri today, but who knows if that'll be the stop. Planning on staying at a casino. So nice to get up to 64 degrees this morning.

Sure wish I could be in two places at once as I hate that I am missing the Indiana gtgs! Hoping to see some of you in Arizona in January (or after). Still have Alabama in my sights for next month.

So glad Sarah is taking a break! Sandi's good news started my day off with a woohoo! Looking forward to having the time to read blogs! Thinking on the car ride to and from St Louis this weekend!!

Liz pulled out of my yard earlier this morning and is heading towards beautiful Indiana. We both still have bunches of pictures to crop and some to post. Stuart wants to know if I want to go for a walk. Hope everyone is looking for the silver linings in their day and enjoying what they can. Safe travels to all....even if it is only down the road for the groceries.

It is afternoon and my travel down the road made me wonder for awhile if I was safe because I was totally lost with no signal!! I was in search of a Goat Farm way out in the country to get fresh goat milk. My cow milk source has dried up--literally, for the time being so I found a place I could get goat milk. When people give directions here they say things like, turn at the red barn onto the gravel road and look for a big gray house. Well after a couple of wrong turns the phone signal returned and the nice lady stayed on the line and talked us to her house. On the way back we missed a turn an ended up in a town I had want to go to for their custard ice cream but had decided not to go because I needed to back to teach my yoga class at one. So I got my ice cream and a BBQue but was just a little late to my class.
Anita if you are heading south stop by to see me. Also anyone coming or going to the GTG this would be a good place to explore with good places to camp and kayak. Plus the one is only $9.00 with your pass!
