Congrats to Queen and Mary

Well, Rosie the Roadtrek, the Geritol Gypsy is going to have a new home. Queen and Mary are coming from Florida to get her Sept 23rd. They're going to spend two nights plugged in here at Karen's RV Park while I show them how she operates. I've enjoyed having her but its time for me to move on. I'm looking forward to Spring gardening again after several years off. I love the peace and quiet I have at my new place.

And Ladies, I have a 30 amp plug, water and a place you can dump all set up. All we need is cooler weather. I do have to qualify it some - my road is a small almost one lane country road and the turn into our driveway probably would not accommodate big rigs BUT Bob Sandlin State Park is only about 7 miles from my house and is beautiful and on a lake for you kayakers. They did deliver my mobile up the road and driveway but it was scarey to watch. I have a large deck suitable for sitting on and drinking wine/beer/or????. Not much to do around here except enjoy the peace and quiet or maybe a few antique stores in Pittsburg. There are acres of hay fields to let your dogs roam IF you're careful to watch for snakes, this is Texas. If you're willing to boondock I have a big hay field that can accommodate several and you can run your generator whenever you want.

Time off all approved so we are good to go. We are spending our evenings now, sitting up and planning adventures!!

I'm both happy and sad at this news; happy for Mickie and Mary on buying a very nice rv and sad that my friend Karen is selling it. But congrats all around and Karen, someday I'll definitely be heading your way. My lil' Angel will fit down your driveway I am sure!
