great Friday....

Good morning everyone.... this is around the 3rd or 4th try for me to get a message posted not sure I will try again... waiting for my sister so we can hit a few yard sales and then go to lunch today this might be our last weekend to do so this year... because my packing is going along well even though I take many breaks that's not too irritate my spine.... I have the Rolling Sea Cottage ( new name for my motorhome)... almost ready to roll.... I'm excited to get going as I said before I think I have a new route mapped out so that I can stop and smell the roses along the way.. ie see the sights... it has not been a very good summer losing my Maggie girl... not selling the house... nasty weather I am ready to head out... everyone have a fun filled day & B safe...donna

Sounds like you're just about ready, Donna, things down here are really nice now, temps are moderating a bit and looks like it might not rain for a couple of days.

Hardly slept last night, so excited about finally getting our rolling home. Karen has invited us to stay on her property a couple of days to learn the ropes. She is just being awesome with this whole transaction.

We have a Labor Day party to go to this weekend and are looking forward to relaxing for three days. Anyone have big weekend plans?

Good morning all! Goodness, so much going on with everyone! Donna, glad you solved your ac problem and are planning your trip south! Know what you mean about your back, I've had a couple of visits this week with my chiropractor so have been laying kinda low this week. Frustrating when I have so much I want to get done! No clue what I did this time to make it go out! And Mickie, so excited you are getting Karen's RT! A great vehicle to get started in! You will have some fun times with it! Velda, hope all goes well with your DH and great you can stay in your rv. Hope more hospitals do it! Our big medical center is about a hundred miles from here and It would have been great if I could have been able to stay instead of driving back and forth when DH was there. I know lots of people have been in the same situation. No big plans for the week end here, just another week end! The joys of being retired! I can make any day I want a holiday! Anxious to hear about Liz and Tina's trip from across the big pond! Well, time to get my day started, I slept in this morning so am already running behind! The cents off on gas expires tomorrow so need to go fill up the car before I lose them! Then on to WalMart for some dog treats! And then maybe I'll treat myself to lunch out! Have a good day and and stay safe if you are traveling!
