Traveling Longdogs: Flaming Gorge Nat Rec Area...Wild Ride

The "Going to the Sun Road" in Glacier was really exciting and beautiful but the road we covered on this day gave it a run for it's money. Miles and miles of 8% grades. And then there was also Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area and the fantastic scenery there.

We have been on that drive a few times and love it too. We may have seen you go by as we are just finishing up a 3 day stay in Vernal (which you drove thru) and leaving this am for Steamboat Lake Park and then the Royal Gorge area. Enjoying the pics of your whirlwind adventure. carold
