WEDNESDAY

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

WEDNESDAY

Postby Sparkle » Wed Apr 01, 2009 7:57 am

You know its not a good thing when I'm first in the room. Remember I spilled the OJ and left the butter out. I'm still not house trained. Good heavens Echo, I just read your post about the Electric and Water. How long are you still in that house? Think of it as Boondocking!

Hahaha - and I get to be 2nd. No goodies or coffee here - you all have to fend for yourself as I'm working. Or maybe someone else will come in and bring the good stuff.

Have a great day all - woooohooooooooooo - last day of work - I'll be on the road on Friday.

Morning ladies. Well the sun is shinning brightly here in Indiana - but it is still cold out. Bill says today we have to clean the Alfa as he wants to park her where she belongs - not in front of the house. Ugh! Shoot I hear him, he just got up. Guess I'd best put my cleaning clothes on and be ready to get busy. This is the part about coming home I don't like. Then because she just sits we have to clean her again before we use her. .....
Hope every one has a wonderful day. Bye for now.

I'm here and I brought a loaf of cinnamon bread,.... oh, it is so fresh it doesn't even need butter on it!

Day is overcast here,... damp,... yukky. Guess it will be a rainy weekend. That will be ok as it will help our grass finally start to look green.

Have a great day everyone!

Goooood Morning Sistahs!!!

Ok it's not a good thing in here. Sparkle makes messes and Beth didn't bring any cinnamon rolls! :o

I've got the coffee waitin on ya all in Barbz' big pot. And I did up a separate pot that just might open some eyeballs!! I feel the need for wake up coffee.

Water got turned off yesterday at about 3:30pm, oh joy. Could have killed my son. He finally got here at close to 5:30pm. grrrrr Electric is still on, landlord I guess caught them ok. The guy from the water board, when I told him about the landlord calling?, wouldn't even check in with the office to find out and shut it off anyway. There's a few names I called him yesterday but I know they ain't allowed on here! :x

Are we done yet? He77 no. Kelly is gonna finish it up today while I go to work. OH YEAH!!!! Kelly just checked and we have water back.

Ok, I laid out some cinnamon rolls, mini coffee cake and of course Biscotte. Don't follow Sparkles and be sure to pick up after yourselves.

Hope everyone has a great day and stays safe.

Love to all

Just a quick, late Good Morning Wish to all.

Nicky has appointment for bath and I have a doctor appointment to get ready for - UGH! The doctor app't was set up a while back but it is a good thing as I discovered a spot on my breast Sunday. Don't think it is anything but will rest better once that is checked out.

Storms on and off all day yesterday. Today is beautiful but severe storms moving back in for tomorrow. We've had so much rain past few weeks, surely we are now out of that 3 year drought period. Everything has greened up, trees are beginning to leaf out, all sorts of stuff in bloom.

Still have not had a chance to catch up on posts but have read some about ECHO's moving ordeal. Just remember it is almost over, so hang in there.

Glad to see Sparkle can post again without all those . . . ..

No mess in the kitchen from me today; no goodies to leave either.

Have a great day.

Good morning !
MMMmmmmmBiscotti, think I'll have some and thanks for the coffee, hopefully today will be a nice one and no wind, we'll see. Suppose to go to a Alfa get together this afternoon.
Went to the Podiatrist yesterday.....hum he rides a Harley and Young this will make my visits interesting! Anyway my feet have been killing me and walking around in the casita on tile floor is a no-no , walking hurts and playing on the Wii hurts so I finally bit the bullit and went to see what is wrong with me.
My friend Frank who was staying with me has the same thing and it did not dawn on me what I had till I talked to Frank. Sure enough I have Morton's Neuroma which means the nerves under the ball of my foot are all confused and sending pain messages. Had to have a shot in each foot. Luckily because of my high tolerance for pain the injection did not hurt.
Walked around last night and played on the Wii in no pain Hooray!

Well the numbness has worn off and I feel it again today, won't get my next injection till Tuesday....groan. Not cheap it's $100.00 an injection!! He did both feet! Frank is having the foot surgery to have his pain go away for good. Hum......wonder if I'll be next!

Starting to be quiet in our neighborhood everyone is heading North. Thirty-one more days and we hitch up and head down the road. I always miss my casita then and have to pay the next door neighbor to water my garden so my cacti do not die in the Summer.

Hang in there Echo, you'll sigh with relief when it is all done.

I did NOT make a mess this time. I drank the OJ straight out of the carton and put it back in the fridge!
Jenny, sorry you are having problems with your feet. Unless you can walk on your hands there is no way to get around without hurting. Where do they do the shot? In your feet?
