I think the blurring that we are currently seeing is probably due to the rain and sleet hitting the camera lens? She just got up and rearranged eggs and poked some nest lining closer to them and settled back down on them again.

Both adults are on the nest this morning and it looks like wet snow blazing past the camera lens!! The little family is a huddled together. How sweet.

At 2:40pm central time Daddy Eagle brought in sticks. Only one small fish is in the nest. Mother Eagle is feeding the baby. The Baby is really growning and being active. I do not think that the remaining two eggs will hatch. If one should hatch he will be so much smaller that the older baby will kill it. I sure missed looking at them when the camera was down.

OH, rats! I'm getting "stream not found" now, so I guess my viewing is over. I'll keep checking as I was enjoying the voyeurism. ;)

I have checked all morning on the mother eagle because I could not see any food in the nest. Daddy just came without any and she flew off, maybe she will have better luck hunting.

I just checked in with the eagle family. Mama is tearing apart a fish and feeding baby. I can see what I think is at least one of the eggs still unhatched behind the baby. What do they do with the unhatched eggs, obviously they aren't going to hatch now. Do the adults push the old eggs out of the nest? Sort of "cleaning house?" Baby is standing up tall and reaching for the food.

Ok, I want to know if anyone else knows what's in the nest with the eagles. There are 5 equal sized lumps around the nearest part of the nest, and when the winds blowing it looks like feathers moving. It almost looks like 5 dead birds but I never see the parents eating or messing with them. Any ideas anyone?

The black lumps are American Coots. I counted three today as well as a large fish, so the pantry is full. Below the picture of the camera a log is being posted of what is happening. They last posted April 1st.

I had forgotten about the log below... so one of the unhatched eggs is gone according to that list...happened yesterday. I'm going to guess that other egg won't hatch.

Wow, I hadn't checked the eagles for a while and the little guy/gal has really grown! Changing colors, too. Both cameras were working this morning. The one on the right is a bit delayed as I saw both parents fly off the nest on the left, and then about 5 secs. later saw them leave in the closeup. Pretty neat!

Little One is getting fed breakfast right now. I don't see the last egg in the nest anymore. I wonder if the adults pushed it out when they sensed it wasn't going to hatch? Little One is getting so strong, almost standing up to get food from Mom!

9:15 EDT,... must be only 7:15 there. View is getting darker now and Daddy is on the upper bar watching Momma rearrange the nest,... Baby is getting so big. I see the unhatched egg is still there. That will be a mess if it breaks in the nest. I thought they had already pushed it out but they haven't. Hope Baby doesn't fall out of the nest! this has been a great site to watch!

Yep, I really enjoy watching, too! This morning all I saw was Momma sitting on the nest.
