Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Saturday in Michigan

Postby Colliemom » Sat Jun 27, 2015 8:07 am

Good Morning,

Just thought I would check in and say hi. Molly and I arrived home on Wednesday afternoon. Been busy last couple of days with errands, grass mowing etc. have everything put away and now need to give the trailer a much needed bath inside and out. Well, not quite a bath inside, but a good cleaning. Monday it's going to the RV place to get water pump checked out or replaced and the storm damage repairs started. I am sure it will be there for awhile as they will have to order replacement panel for the damaged one.

Got some catching up to do on here. But se that Liz ad Nan are up in Nova Scotia, Ava still in CA, Anita still in KS, Kathy and hubby off to the club, CArol in CO. Don't know about Tina and Mitch yet. Donna got rod fixed, yea. See some really warm weather in some areas. We have been having some perfect weather here in northern MI. No rain, sun and clouds mixed and temps in mid 70's. Can't get any better. Hope you all have a nice day today and be safe on the roads.

Good rainy Sat. all! Lots of rain and wind this morning and looks like an all day event! No surprise since they've been talking about it for several days! Sue, glad you made it home, sounds like you've been playing catch-up! Always the downside of going away! SIL's roomie finally had her back surgery yesterday so spent a good part of yesterday at the hospital and will go in awhile to see how she's doing. She came through it well and they had her up and walking a bit last night. We may get to walk in the hallway today!

Still trying to coax my older dog outside, he doesn't like the rain! I may have to put him on the leash and take him out before I leave! Silly boy! Sure glad I mowed the other day, I mowed it much shorter then normal and I can see it growing already! Not sure when it'll dry out to mow again! This feels more like fall then summer!

Enjoying following everyone's trips. Lots to see and do in this country! And outside of it too! Liz and Nan look like they're having a great time In NS. Well, not much else happening here and coffee is done so better get myself ready to head up to the hospital. Have a great day and travel safe.

good morning :D so much going on trying to keep up with you girls. So glad cops got one of the escaped convicts, and now
to get the other one. Trying to decide what I want to do for my last weekend in California, my friend says we're going to maybe
take a drive, but I've learned too many times,,,what he says means nothing. :? ;) The sky is overcast today, so for now its a
little cooler. So many fires burning in the area here and in Oregon, hope they get under control by the time I need to go
through there. Nothing else to report from my end of the world. Ya'll have a great day and be safe.

Little past morning but what the heck. I did post in the Pet section earlier. Wish one of you could make up my mind for me. It's been a difficult week to say the least. I've been reading about all your travels....I haven't even de-winterized the 5er yet. Don't have a reservation until Labor Day. This is the first time in 16 years that we won't be having our marathon camping trip with friends over the 4th. It will be strange to stay home. Bums me out plus I have to listen to all the kids shooting off fireworks...I just hate that. Normally we would be pulling down to the campground this weekend and staying until the 5th. So keep posting about all your adventures so I can live vicariously through you!
My mind works like lightning...one brilliant flash and it's gone.

Another very warm dry day in northern California. Some clouds but means little as to temps and certainly no rain. I too enjoy traveling virtually with those here who are on the road and in beautiful places. The county fair is on but we will stay in due to heat and my lungs as fires have put pollution in the air and I'm hoping for no repeat of last years problems I had. I am not looking forward to the 4th because there are always idiots. Even with so called safe and sane there are fires each year and this year could be far worse. Feel for fire personnel having to keep up with it in triple digits and their heavy turnout gear. Everyone stay safe and have a good day and week.
