Wednesday Morning

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Wednesday Morning

Postby Colliemom » Wed Apr 29, 2015 6:43 am

Morning everyone,

Middle of the week already, time marches on. Nothing much on agenda here today. Finished neighbors yard yesterday. Hope some storm doesn't come and mes it all up. No saying when they will be able to get home. Wife in hospital after 2 strokes, CT/MRI show 8-10 lesions on brain. Test said lymphoma. Neurosurgeon removed some samples and also was able to get one whole lesion. Say he thinks not cancer, but an infection. Awaiting biopsy results. She is also double lung transplant survivor of 2 years, so been a long road. Winter in FL, summer in MI past two winters. We're supposed to have come home this week.

So am going to kind of relax today, do a little house cleaning maybe and work in trailer. Might have some rain showers later. So just a puttery day here. Seems about same for everybody except those working of course. So whatever you are doing today, have a nice one :)

Good Morning to All - have some coffee and banana bread bagels - pretty good. We are finally on our way home to Indiana. This has been a long long winter away. We left Vegas Monday, stayed a night in Gallup, NM and are in Tucumcari, NM now and getting ready to head out. Bill is aiming for Oklahoma City. He is on a mission to get home during the break in the weather. Yesterday we ran into rain at 7300 feet. Sure glad it didn't turn to ice. It was cold enough.
Been keeping the blog up with the travels.http://lifeinbrowncounty.blogspot.com

Good Morning ladies... only coffee here sure need to go to the store!
Poor Shadow did not want to play with me after he got back inside (before he ate!) so he barked at me... he does not do that very often... it was funny... now he is sleeping on my foot!!
Looks like a beautiful day here...
Take care and enjoy your day

A puttering day for me too! Love that word Sue. Four persons from San Diego caught in the earthquake in Nepal. They are alive. Plenty of water but no food. Glad to hear so much help is on the way. One of the four is a traveling nurse. She is doing what she can to help the injured. They Are trapped by an earth slide in their area.

Good reports from the DD about her husband. I'm thinking I can get away to go camping...soon!!!

Thanks for the pictures Carol. Brought back a bunch of memories. Always enjoyed driving in that part of the country. Use to like stopping at the Giant Truck Stop in Jamestown NM before Pilot bought them out.
